Rihanna’s ‘Work’ is No. 1 for the Eighth Week In a Row

Rihanna’s single ‘Work’ has worked it’s way to the no.1 spot for eighth consecutive week, and shows no sign of slowing down. After releasing her anticipated studio album ‘Anti’ in January, the single has climbed to the no.1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100.

This has marked Rihanna’s 14th No.1 Single making her the youngest and fastest solo artist to earn number one singles, ranking her as the third most chart topping artist ahead of Michael Jackson.

Work follows a long line of hits that have all made it to the top, including Umbrella which was no.1 for 10 weeks in the UK, which was the longest-running no.1 single since 1994.

The Barbadian pop singer will come to the UK in June, to kick off the European leg of her ‘ANTI’ World tour.
