Janet Jackson Pauses Tour for Family Planning

Towards the end of last year, Janet Jackson came back since her last album release in 2008 with her new album and world tour named ‘Unbreakable Tour.’ The tour was meant to support the ‘Unbreakable’ album and had made great progress so far. However, Jackson had to cancel some dates on her tour due to ‘an emergency medical procedure’.

Rumours swirled all over Twitter that Janet Jackson had cancer but the singer quickly put those rumours to bed and released her real reason earlier today.

The singer posted a video on Twitter explaining that she will be delaying her tour to start a family. ‘There's been a sudden change,’ she says. ‘My husband I are planning our family, so I'm gonna have to delay the tour. Please if you can try and understand that it's important that I do this now—I have to rest up, doctor's orders. But I have not forgotten about you, and I'll continue the tour as soon as I possibly can.’ There is no word yet on when her tour will be back on track but we might soon see a Janet Jackson Jr. on the way!
